Die Geschichte von "BOB im Park"
1972 — München richtet die Spiele 1972 aus; das Gelände mit Zeltdach entsteht.
1978 — Tennisanlage für alle: 14 Sandplätze (inkl. Center-Court), Flutlicht am Abend.
1985 — Davis Cup: legendäres Finale (auf der Tennisanlage am Zeltdach-Gelände).
1989 — Davis Cup: legendäres Fünf-Satz-Halbfinale (ebenda).
2011 — Der Kiosk wird als „München ’72 Park“ neu belebt (Retro-Terrasse am Platz).
04/2015 — Start von BOB im Park als Nachfolger: Drinks, Eis, Snacks, DIY-BBQ — offen für alle.
2015–2025 — 10 Jahre BOB im Park.
Hinweis: BOB im Park ist Pächter am Standort (Gastronomie). Keine offizielle Verbindung zu Parkverwaltung, Stadion oder den Spielen 1972.
History of "BOB im Park"
1972 — Munich hosts the 1972 Games; the tent-roof site is created.
1978 — Public tennis facility: 14 clay courts (incl. centre court), floodlights in the evening.
1985 — Davis Cup: legendary final (at the tennis venue by the tent-roof site).
1989 — Davis Cup: legendary five-set semi-final (same venue).
2011 — The kiosk is revived as “München ’72 Park” (retro terrace by the courts).
04/2015 — BOB im Park opens as successor: drinks, ice cream, snacks, DIY-BBQ — open to everyone.
2015–2025 — 10 years of BOB im Park.
Note: BOB im Park is the tenant on site (gastronomy). No official affiliation with the park administration, the stadium, or the 1972 Games.
